Phase two
Your Custom Relocation Plan
Every client's situation is different. A remote worker moving for six months needs a very different plan to a retiree putting down permanent roots. We take everything we learned in your consultation and build a tailored roadmap — the right visa for your circumstances, the right neighbourhood for your lifestyle, and a realistic timeline that works around your life.
Phase three
We Handle Everything
This is where we earn our fee. We coordinate with our licensed immigration lawyers, review and shortlist housing options, liaise with landlords, and manage every piece of paperwork on your behalf. You never have to navigate an unfamiliar system, a language barrier, or an unscrupulous landlord alone.
Arriving in a new country always brings surprises. Your The Colombian Dream Co. support does not end when you board the plane — we are available via WhatsApp, help you set up your Colombian bank account and SIM card, introduce you to the local expat community, and make sure your first weeks feel like an adventure, not a crisis.
